Our Journey With Bath Bombs

Since the beginning of our company we have added products as customers have requested them. If you have asked for a product & we don’t have it, rest assured – we have either decided we simply cannot make it OR we are working on it <3

One of the main reasons we make a decision to no longer carry a product is because we don’t find joy in the making. We believe that the intent we have with making a product really carries through in how our customers feel using it <3

At one time we made bath bombs year round, then we offered them only at Christmas time (and only at in person markets). Then we called it all together and stopped making them.

Queue our excitement! This summer we ordered an air pressurized bath bomb machine. While waiting for it to come in we brainstormed scents, options, day dreamed about what “the perfect” aromatherapy hit would be for each of us in many a daily meeting lol! When the machine **finally** arrived (isn’t it hard to be patient when you’re excited?!) we got to work tweaking our old recipe to work in the machine. After many, many tweaks (of the recipe & the machine itself) Courtney fine tuned the bath bomb making process.

While we use a machine to make the final form, the remainder of the process is incredibly hands on. One batch makes 4-5 bath bombs, ingredients are weighed & mixed by hand & once out of the machine any imperfections are corrected by hand.

Why did we come back to bath bombs?
