Christmas Shipping Dates

Our shipper's cannot guarantee delivery in this extraordinary year. That said, we are cautiously optimistic that orders received by dates below will arrive to their destinations before Christmas.

  • Destinations: USA (not including Hawaii or Alaska) Orders must be received by December 3
  • Destinations: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland & Labrador Orders must be received by December 11 
  • Destinations: Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia Orders must be received by December 16 

Shipping & FREE Shipping Policies

Our priority is getting what you want to you as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. Please see below for our shipping policies. We can certainly ship anywhere else in the world, too :-) We will work with you to get the best solution possible figured out!

Canada & the USA

  • FREE Shipping - We pay the shipping (including tax) on orders over $75 CAD (subtotal after coupon applied, before applicable taxes)
  • YOU pay - You pay $20 (plus applicable tax) shipping on orders from $0 to $74.99 CAD
  • US orders - The purchaser is responsible to pay any duties that may be charged by US Customs.  

Ireland & the UK

  • FREE Shipping - We pay the shipping (including tax) on orders over $150 CAD (subtotal after coupon applied, before applicable taxes)
  • YOU pay - You pay $60 (plus applicable tax) shipping on orders from $0 to $149.99 CAD
  • Duties - The purchaser is responsible to pay any duties that may be charged by Irish or UK customs.

We don't need to see your receipt and it doesn't even matter if you bring back the item to us . . . though we'd gladly take it to help us figure out what the problem might be.
